To apply to this scholarship
- Be a currently enrolled high school senior who is eligible to attend an accredited two or four-year college, university, or vocational/ technical school with a completed course of study
- Reside within Los Angles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino or Ventura Counties
- Be a legal U.S. resident
- Be less than 21 years of age
- Have a minimum 2.7 GPA
