  • The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation supports more than 1,400 college students each year, with annual scholarships of $3.4million through two nationally recognized programs on behalf of the Coca-Cola System. Scholarship recipients excel academically and in service to others. Most Scholars share a passion for social justice and many have overcome tremendous challenges to pursue their dreams.
  • 150 Coca-Cola scholars are chosen each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship.
  • This is an achievement based scholarship, and can be used between 4 to 10 years for other campus needs such as housing, computers, and a textbook.
  • Applications only accepted online.
Applicants
  • Must be currently in high school (or home-schooled) seniors attending school in the U.S.
  • U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals, U.S. Permanent Residents, Refugees, Asylees, Cuban-Haitian Entrants, or Humanitarian Parolees
  • Anticipating completion of high school diploma at the time of application
  • planning to pursue a degree at an accredited U.S. post-secondary institution
  • 3.00 GPA at the end of junior year

Pitzer College Fall Diversity Program

Pitzer College
  • Are you interested in an all-expense-paid visit to Pizter college? This program is meant for high school seniors who are from an underrepresented racial, cultural, and socioeconomic background from across the continental United States. Students will have an opportunity to experience the distinct atmosphere that defines Pitzer College while interacting with current students at the college. 
When?
October 29 to October 31, 2015

How?
Turn in an application by Friday September 18, 2015 which requires an essay as well as a copy of the student's high school transcript through their junior year.

Gates Millennium Scholars

The Gates Millennium Scholars Program

  • The Gates Millennium Scholars Program requires a minimum GPA of 3.3, a U.S. Citizenship, U.S. national or permanent residency, and you must fall under the ethnicity of African American/Black, American Indian - Alaska Native, Asian Pacific Islander American, or Hispanic American. If you check off for these three things then you are eligible for the program. 
  • The close date for the program is January 13, 2016 and the program supports the cost of education by covering unmet need and self-help aid, including graduate school funding for continuing Scholars in the areas of computer science, education, engineering, library science, mathematics, public health or science.
  • The inspiration behind the scholarship program is that they believe all American citizens must have access to higher education if our nation wants to sustain and advance itself as a global, competitive democracy in the new millennium. 
  • To be eligible for the Pell Grant for GMS finalists the students must demonstrate eligibility for the Federal Pell Grant program. For more information visit www.fafsa.gov


Questbridge National College Match Scholarship

The Quest Bridge National College Match
  • The Quest Bridge national college match for high school seniors matches students with its partner colleges, offering admissions and full scholarship, the partner colleges are actively seeking to enroll students who have achieved academically despite their financial hardships.
  • The free online application can be found at questbridge.org The application opens in early August and is due at the end of September. The partner college application fees will also be waived for all Finalists.
  • This program is to help low income students understand that the possibility for an education at top colleges is very possible. Their goal is to increase the number of high-achieving low-income students who attend leading colleges.
