The application must be accompanied with:
1. An essay (two pages or less minimum of 12 font with at least 1" margins) on the topic "Why I want to be a Registered Nurse"
2. Two (2) letters of recommendation - at least one from academic personnel, the second may be from a non-academic source other than family
3. Official High School Transcript
